YMCA Moldova had the honor of welcoming Martin Hedberg, Secretary for International Relations at YMCA-YWCA Sweden, to the Community Center in Chișinău as part of the “Stronger Y” project. His visit represented a valuable opportunity to strengthen cooperation between our organizations and to support the internal capacity building of the YMCA Moldova team.

During the meeting, Martin Hedberg facilitated a practical workshop for YMCA Moldova members and volunteers, focused on project management, procurement policy, and mechanisms for reporting and preventing abuse. Participants benefited from his extensive expertise and practical examples on how they can contribute to transparent, efficient, and internationally aligned organizational practices.

Through the information and tools presented, the workshop offered participants a broader perspective on administrative responsibilities and on promoting good governance within the projects implemented by YMCA Moldova.
