The first day of the consortium meeting under the PACE Project began with a welcome session followed by an ice breaker activity, which encouraged interaction and engagement among participants. This introductory moment helped set a positive tone and facilitated alignment around the project’s objectives.

The programme continued with the presentation of WP1 – Project Management, Quality Assurance & Coordination, addressing the project’s governance structure, work plan, partners’ responsibilities, as well as financial monitoring and reporting procedures. These discussions ensured clarity regarding implementation steps and quality assurance mechanisms.

Within WP2 – Needs Analysis & Programme Design, partners took part in a needs assessment session and collaborative brainstorming to shape the training programme. The coffee break provided an opportunity for informal exchange and networking, further strengthening cooperation.

The final part of the day focused on WP3 – Development of Training Modules & Digital Learning Portal, where the team worked on defining the training modules and digital platform structure. Pedagogical approaches, learning resources and technical functionalities were explored to support upcoming capacity-building activities.

Day 1 concluded with a recap of the outcomes and planning of next steps, reaffirming the consortium’s commitment to a structured and professional implementation of the PACE Project.

The PACE Project aims to directly and effectively support the inclusion of displaced Ukrainian young people, to strengthen cooperation among youth organisations in the region, and to create real opportunities for their personal development, professional growth and civic engagement.

The PACE Project is funded by the European Commission through the Erasmus+ Programme and is implemented by an international consortium coordinated by YMCA Moldova.
