The YMCA Moldova team was present at the “Maxim Gorki” Theoretical High School in the city of Balti, where it held an interactive session dedicated to young people interested in personal and professional development. The activity is part of the project “Professional guidance and employment for rural youth in the Republic of Moldova”, implemented in partnership with Kerk in Actie (Netherlands).
During the meeting, students participated in self-knowledge exercises, educational games and practical discussions on choosing the right career, strengthening digital skills, effective communication and planning the necessary steps for integration into the labor market. Young people had the opportunity to learn more about training and employment opportunities available in the Republic of Moldova and explore the HP LIFE platform, which offers 42 free online courses for the development of professional and entrepreneurial skills.
We thank the high school leadership for their openness and support, as well as all the students for their active involvement and demonstrated interest.
