The YMCA Moldova team, together with the Employment Directorate of the city of Balti, organized an information and guidance session for a group of refugees from Ukraine settled in the city of Balti.

During the meeting, we presented the services we offer daily: legal support, psychological counseling, employment opportunities, other resources and benefits that help them overcome challenges and integrate more easily into the community.

Representatives of DOFM Bălți provided essential information about: labor mediation services, vocational training programs, support in identifying available jobs in the region, registration procedures in the agency’s records, thus contributing to the orientation of refugees on the local labor market.

This activity is part of the project “Aid and Support for Ukrainian Refugees in Moldova”, implemented in partnership with Presbyterian Disaster Assistance.
