The YMCA Moldova team visited the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” Theoretical High School in Chisinau, where they held an interactive session dedicated to young people interested in personal and professional development. During the activity, students participated in self-knowledge exercises, educational games and practical discussions about choosing a suitable career, strengthening digital skills, effective communication and planning the necessary steps for integration into the labor market.

At the same time, YMCA Moldova organized a professional and entrepreneurial development activity, with special guest Victor Șulepov, founder of Cubicons SRL. He shared with the young people his experience gained in over 10 years of entrepreneurial activity, talking about the challenges of the business environment, the skills necessary for success and the expectations of employers from future specialists.

Young people had the opportunity to learn more about the training and employment opportunities available in the Republic of Moldova, as well as about the importance of developing professional and entrepreneurial skills for their professional future.
