The Statute of YMCA Moldova is the organization’s fundamental legal document, which defines its mission, values, objectives, and operating principles. The document regulates the governance structure, the responsibilities of the statutory bodies, the rights and obligations of members, as well as the general framework for organizing and managing activities.

The Statute confirms the organization’s non-political, non-profit, and public-benefit character and reflects our commitment to good governance, transparency, and accountability toward the community.

The new Statute of YMCA Moldova was adopted by the General Assembly of YMCA Moldova and registered by the Public Services Agency on November 18, 2025.
