Adelina is a student at the “Nicolae Donici” Theoretical High School in Dubăsarii Vechi, Criuleni district, actively involved in the project implemented by YMCA Moldova, in collaboration with Kerk in Actie, an initiative aimed at supporting the orientation and professional development of young people from rural areas.

Adelina shares that participating in this program gave her the opportunity to broaden her horizons, identify her strengths, and strengthen her essential skills for the future. The activities carried out helped her clarify her career options and gain more confidence in the decisions she will make throughout her professional career.

Through this project, young people in the Republic of Moldova benefit from access to modern counseling, guidance and vocational training tools, adapted to the current demands of the labor market.
