He is Gherman, a student at the “Dimitrie Cantemir” Theoretical High School in the city of Bălți, actively involved in the project implemented by YMCA Moldova, in collaboration with Kerk in Actie, dedicated to the orientation and professional development of young people from rural areas.

Gherman shares his experience within the program, explaining how the activities provided him with the opportunity to explore new perspectives, discover and capitalize on his potential, as well as strengthen his confidence in his own abilities, taking sure steps towards defining a clear and well-defined professional path.

The project aims to bring young people from Moldova’s villages and cities closer to modern methods of counseling, guidance and vocational training, preparing them for the challenges and opportunities of the labor market, so that everyone can identify and follow the right path for personal and professional development.
