The YMCA Moldova<\/strong> Board is the organization\u2019s supreme governing body, responsible for its strategic direction, transparency, and effective functioning. Composed of democratically elected members, the Board defines the organization\u2019s vision, objectives, and priorities, approves annual work plans and budgets, and monitors the proper use of financial resources.<\/p>

It oversees the activity of the Executive Secretariat and reviews financial, administrative, and audit reports to ensure compliance with national legislation and the international standards of the YMCA movement. The Board approves and updates internal policies \u2014 such as those related to human resources, protection and inclusion, governance, procurement, and ethics \u2014 ensuring a clear and professional operational framework.<\/p>

The Board also represents the organization in its relations with public and international partners, contributes to the development of new projects, and supports the expansion of YMCA\u2019s impact within the community.<\/p>
