This introductory moment helped set a positive tone and facilitated alignment around the project\u2019s objectives. <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Day 1 Consortium Meeting PACE Project \" width=\"1290\" height=\"726\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/J5Q3JmpAZpU?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n<p>The programme continued with the presentation of WP1 \u2013 Project Management, Quality Assurance &amp; Coordination, addressing the project\u2019s governance structure, work plan, partners\u2019 responsibilities, as well as financial monitoring and reporting procedures. These discussions ensured clarity regarding implementation steps and quality assurance mechanisms. <\/p>\n\n<p>Within WP2 \u2013 Needs Analysis &amp; Programme Design, partners took part in a needs assessment session and collaborative brainstorming to shape the training programme. The coffee break provided an opportunity for informal exchange and networking, further strengthening cooperation. <\/p>\n\n<p>The final part of the day focused on WP3 \u2013 Development of Training Modules &amp; Digital Learning Portal, where the team worked on defining the training modules and digital platform structure.
