During the meeting, students participated in self-knowledge exercises, educational games, and practical discussions about choosing a suitable career, strengthening digital skills, effective communication, and planning the necessary steps for integration into the labor market.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YMCA Digital Upskilling Awareness in Schools Initiative in Anenii Noi, IPLT Mihai Eminescu\" width=\"1290\" height=\"726\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/T8gldje2WGY?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n<p>Young people had the opportunity to learn more about training and employment opportunities available in the Republic of Moldova and to explore the HP LIFE platform, which offers 42 free online courses for the development of professional and entrepreneurial skills.<\/p>\n\n<p>We thank the high school leadership for their openness and support, as well as all the students for their active involvement and demonstrated
