As part of the &#8220;Digital Empowerment Programme 2026&#8221; project, the team organized a series of activities aimed at promoting digital skills and supporting the development of employability.  <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Digital Empowerment Programme 2026 la Peresecina: YMCA Moldova dezvolt\u0103 competen\u021be digitale\" width=\"1290\" height=\"726\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/d2E2czqJo9k?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n<p>Laptops were provided and participants took part in interactive discussions on the importance of digital skills in education, career paths and integration into the labour market.
