As part of the &#8220;Digital Empowerment Programme 2026&#8221; project, the team conducted sessions aimed at developing digital skills and supporting increased employment opportunities. <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YMCA Moldova la Peresecina: Digital Empowerment 2026 dezvolt\u0103 competen\u021bele digitale pentru tineri\" width=\"1290\" height=\"726\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/KNkLttOk-O0?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n<p> Participants were provided with laptops and engaged in interactive discussions about the importance of digital skills in education, career and labour market integration.
