The activity is part of the project &#8220;Professional guidance and employment for rural youth in the Republic of Moldova&#8221;, implemented in partnership with Kerk in Actie (Netherlands). <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YMCA Moldova - sesiune interactiv\u0103 pentru tinerii de la Gimnaziul Ustia din raionul Dub\u0103sari\" width=\"1290\" height=\"726\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/xUSGuwPe7AE?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n<p>During the meeting, students participated in self-knowledge exercises, educational games, and practical discussions about choosing a suitable career, strengthening digital skills, effective communication, and planning the necessary steps for integration into the labor market. Young people had the opportunity to learn more about the training and employment opportunities available in the Republic of Moldova, as well as about developing professional and entrepreneurial skills. <\/p>\n\n<p>We thank the high school leadership for their openness and support, as well as all the students for their active involvement and demonstrated interest.<\/p>\n\n<figure
