During the activity, students participated in self-knowledge exercises, educational games and practical discussions about choosing a suitable career, strengthening digital skills, effective communication and planning the necessary steps for integration into the labor market.   <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Sesiune interactiv\u0103 dedicat\u0103 tinerilor interesa\u021bi de dezvoltarea profesional\u0103 \u0219i antreprenoriat\" width=\"1290\" height=\"726\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/76Pkp9gZINc?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n<p>At the same time, YMCA Moldova organized a professional and entrepreneurial development activity, with special guest Victor \u0218ulepov, founder of Cubicons SRL. He shared with the young people his experience gained in over 10 years of entrepreneurial activity, talking about the challenges of the business environment, the skills necessary for success and the expectations of employers from future specialists.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Young people had the opportunity to learn more about the training and employment opportunities available in the Republic of Moldova, as well as about the importance of developing professional and entrepreneurial skills for their professional future. <\/p>\n\n<p>We thank the high school leadership for their openness and support, the entrepreneur Victor \u0218ulepov for the inspiration and shared experience, as well as all the students for their active involvement and interest demonstrated during the activities.<\/p>\n\n<figure
