The YMCA Moldova team visited the “Perlele Nistrului” camp in the town of Vadul lui Vod\u0103, where they conducted an interactive session for young people interested in personal and professional development and in identifying new opportunities for the future.<\/p>\n\n

The activity was organized as part of the project “Career Guidance and Employment for Youth in Rural Areas of Chi\u0219in\u0103u Municipality,” through which YMCA Moldova aims to support young people in career guidance, skills development, and preparation for integration into the labor market.<\/p>\n\n

During the session, participants had the opportunity to learn more about training and employment opportunities available in the Republic of Moldova, as well as the importance of continuously developing the skills needed to build a career path. Discussions covered topics such as identifying personal interests and abilities, choosing a career direction, and preparing for future educational and employment opportunities. <\/p>\n\n
