Through this project, young people are supported in better understanding their interests and skills, exploring various career paths, and making more informed decisions regarding their education and future careers. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the session, students participated in practical exercises, interactive activities, and discussions regarding career choice, the development of digital and professional skills, effective communication, and the importance of continuous preparation for current labor market demands.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-9-16 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Orientare profesional\u0103 \u0219i dezvoltare personal\u0103 pentru elevii Gimnaziului Ivan Bondarev, Basarabeasca\" width=\"563\" height=\"1000\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/-7ij6h-HUV0?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the same time, participants had the opportunity to learn more about the training, development, and employment opportunities available in the Republic of Moldova. Young people were encouraged to analyze their own goals, leverage their strengths, and view the career choice process as a journey built through information, experience, and continuous skill development. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through such non-formal education activities, YMCA Moldova aims to provide young people with practical tools and useful information to help them be better prepared for continuing their studies, entering the labor market, and building their own professional paths.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We thank the leadership of the &#8220;Ivan Bondarev&#8221; Gymnasium for their openness and cooperation, as well as the students for their interest, energy, and active involvement throughout the entire session!<\/p>\n\n<figure
