{"id":14975,"date":"2026-11-03T12:52:22","date_gmt":"2026-11-03T10:52:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ymca.md\/uncategorized\/from-practical-experience-to-real-employment-opportunities-ymca-moldova-continues-to-support-the-professional-development-of-young-people-from-rural-communities\/"},"modified":"2026-11-03T12:54:00","modified_gmt":"2026-11-03T10:54:00","slug":"from-practical-experience-to-real-employment-opportunities-ymca-moldova-continues-to-support-the-professional-development-of-young-people-from-rural-communities","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ymca.md\/en\/projects\/career-orientation-and-employment-for-youth\/from-practical-experience-to-real-employment-opportunities-ymca-moldova-continues-to-support-the-professional-development-of-young-people-from-rural-communities\/","title":{"rendered":"From practical experience to real employment opportunities: YMCA Moldova continues to support the professional development of young people from rural communities"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A meeting was held at the YMCA Moldova headquarters with young beneficiaries of the project &#8220;Career Guidance and Employment for Youth from Rural Areas in the Republic of Moldova,&#8221; who had the opportunity to complete internships within enterprises and businesses managed by the organization\u2019s partner entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project is implemented by YMCA Moldova in partnership with Kerk in Actie (the Netherlands) and aims to support young people from rural communities in developing professional skills, gaining practical experience, and facilitating the transition from education to the labor market.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the meeting, the young people had the opportunity to share the experiences they gained during their internships, discuss the activities carried out at partner companies, and reflect on the skills acquired and the challenges encountered in a professional environment. The discussions highlighted the importance of practical experience in understanding the demands of the labor market, as well as in developing a sense of responsibility, communication skills, and the ability to adapt to a real-world work environment.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"De la stagii de practic\u0103 la oportunit\u0103\u021bi de angajare: experien\u021bele tinerilor beneficiari\" width=\"1290\" height=\"726\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Wo2Z_INZr38?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Particular emphasis was placed on employment prospects following the completion of the internships, the identification of professional development opportunities, and the application of the knowledge acquired. At the same time, participants discussed their professional aspirations and how the experiences they gained could help them make informed decisions regarding their future careers.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through this project, YMCA Moldova continues to strengthen the connection between young people and the business sector, offering concrete opportunities for learning, professional training, and personal development.
