The Public Association “National Alliance YMCA of the Republic of Moldova” hereby publishes its Financial Planning Policy and Procedure, an internal governance document establishing the regulatory and procedural framework for the responsible, transparent, and efficient management of the organization’s financial resources.

This policy regulates the annual and multiannual budgeting process, defines the responsibilities of the governing bodies and executive team, outlines budget approval mechanisms, and sets procedures for financial monitoring and adjustments aligned with the organization’s operational and strategic objectives.

The policy reflects YMCA Moldova’s commitment to good governance, financial sustainability, legal compliance, and the efficient use of funds received through grants, donations, partnerships, and other legitimate funding sources.

The document was approved by the Association’s Council through Minutes No. 1/2026 dated 19 February 2026 and enters into force upon approval.

Through the adoption of this policy, YMCA Moldova strengthens its internal financial control framework and reaffirms its accountability toward beneficiaries, partners, and donors.
