The YMCA Moldova team donated HyperX equipment and HP laptops to the YOUTH WAVE Public Association in Ungheni as part of an initiative to support education and digital inclusion, carried out with the support of HP Inc. through the HOPE project. This initiative marks a significant step toward expanding young people’s access to modern technology and creating new opportunities for learning, as well as personal and professional development.

The donated equipment will help improve the conditions for the educational and interactive activities organized by the YOUTH WAVE Public Association, offering young people the opportunity to use modern digital tools and acquire practical skills relevant to their education and future careers.

Through HP laptops and HyperX equipment, beneficiaries will gain access to a wider range of activities—including workshops, digital training sessions, interactive labs, and group projects. These activities will help develop digital skills, creativity, critical thinking, effective communication, and collaborative abilities, preparing young people for the challenges of an increasingly digitized society.

At the same time, the donation will enable the YOUTH WAVE organization to diversify its programs and initiatives for young people, promote the responsible use of technology, and create a more accessible and inclusive educational environment. Special attention is given to young people with limited access to IT equipment, ensuring they can benefit from the resources and tools needed to develop their full potential.

Through this initiative, YMCA Moldova and HP Inc. continue to contribute to bridging the digital divide and promoting equitable access to education and technology in communities across the Republic of Moldova. Supporting local youth organizations is a key component in fostering active communities where young people are encouraged to learn, innovate, and participate in activities that can positively shape their future.
