Echipa YMCA Moldova a organizat o nouă sesiune interactivă la Liceul Teoretic „Constantin Spătaru” din orașul Leova, implicând un nou grup de elevi în activități educaționale dedicate dezvoltării personale, orientării profesionale și pregătirii pentru viitoarele oportunități de formare și angajare.

The activity was carried out as part of the project “Career Guidance and Employment for Youth in Rural Areas of the Republic of Moldova,” implemented by YMCA Moldova in partnership with Kerk in Actie (the Netherlands). The project aims to support young people in identifying their personal interests and aptitudes, developing skills required in the labor market, and making informed decisions regarding their educational and professional futures.

During the session, students engaged in self-discovery exercises, practical activities, and interactive discussions covering topics such as choosing a profession, identifying personal strengths, developing digital and professional skills, effective communication, and the importance of adapting to the current demands of the labor market. Furthermore, participants explored opportunities for education, vocational training, and employment available in the Republic of Moldova, and were encouraged to examine their own interests and identify development paths that align with their aspirations.

Through these non-formal education activities, YMCA Moldova aims to provide young people in rural communities with access to relevant information, practical tools, and learning experiences that contribute to developing confidence in their own abilities and preparing them for their future careers.
