YMCA Moldova carries out its work based on the values of integrity, respect, responsibility, inclusion, and professionalism. All employees, volunteers, board members, consultants, and partners are expected to uphold these values in their interactions with beneficiaries, colleagues, and the wider community.

The “YMCA Moldova Code of Conduct” sets out the ethical and professional standards expected of everyone involved in the organisation’s activities. It defines the principles related to integrity, conflict of interest prevention, respect for human rights, non-discrimination, prevention of harassment, confidentiality, responsible use of organisational resources, and the promotion of a safe and respectful working environment.
