YMCA Moldova continues to stand by educational institutions across the country, providing backpacks to students through the “HP-YMCA Initiative for Rural Education” project, implemented in partnership with HP Inc. and with the support of the DAAC Hermes Group of Companies.

As the program progresses, more and more schools, especially in rural areas, benefit from this initiative. The distributed school bags represent concrete support for students at the beginning of the new school year, contributing to creating better conditions for the educational process.

The program is addressed to educational institutions throughout the Republic of Moldova and aims to provide equal opportunities to all children, including those from families in vulnerable situations.

The directors and representatives of the beneficiary institutions highlighted the value of this support, appreciating the involvement of YMCA Moldova and its partners. Each backpack provided is more than just an object – it is a symbol of care for education and commitment to the future of children.

This action is part of a national program through which over 18,000 school bags and backpacks will reach students from all regions of the Republic of Moldova, contributing to more equitable access to education and the development of a generation prepared for the challenges of the future.
