The YMCA Moldova team visited the Public Institution Ion Luca Caragiale Theoretical High School in Orhei, where it organized an interactive activity for students interested in personal and professional development and career guidance.
The event was held within the project “Career Guidance and Employment for Rural Youth in the Republic of Moldova”, implemented in partnership with Kerk in Actie from the Netherlands. During the session, participants were involved in self-awareness activities, practical exercises and educational games designed to help them identify their strengths and make informed decisions regarding their professional future.
At the same time, young people discussed the importance of digital skills, effective communication and career planning, exploring the steps necessary for successful integration into the labor market. They also learned useful information about the opportunities for professional training, employment and entrepreneurship development available in the Republic of Moldova.
We would like to thank the institution’s administration for their collaboration and support, as well as the students who actively participated and contributed to the success of this meeting through their interest and involvement.
