The principal of the “Romanești” Gymnasium in the Strașeni district, Ms. Lilia, talks about the impact of the “HP-YMCA Initiative for Rural Education” project and the importance of the support provided to students.

The principal received the donation of school bags and backpacks provided through the project and invited the students of the institution to hand them these gifts, transforming the moment into a gesture of support and encouragement before the start of the new academic year.

The distribution of school bags is part of a national initiative implemented by YMCA Moldova, in partnership with HP Inc. and with the support of the DAAC Hermes Group of Companies. Through this project, over 18,000 school bags and backpacks will reach students from educational institutions throughout the Republic of Moldova, contributing to improving learning conditions and promoting equal access to education.
