Several educational institutions benefited from backpacks provided by the YMCA

Moldova Several schools in rural communities in the Republic of Moldova received backpacks provided by YMCA Moldova as part of the “HP-YMCA Initiative for Rural Education” project, implemented with the support of HP Inc. and the DAAC Hermes Group of Companies.

Through this initiative, hundreds of children and young people benefited from new school bags, designed to support them in preparing for the new school year and to contribute to creating better conditions for the educational process. The action supports families facing social and economic difficulties, providing students with the necessary resources to actively participate in school activities.

The representatives of the beneficiary institutions expressed their gratitude to YMCA Moldova and the project partners for their involvement and support for children from disadvantaged communities. Such initiatives contribute to promoting equal access to education and the harmonious development of the younger generation.

The donations are part of a large national program through which YMCA Moldova distributes over 18,000 school bags and backpacks to students across the country, providing them with concrete support for continuing their studies and personal development.
