The National YMCA Alliance of the Republic of Moldova (A.O. Alianța Națională YMCA din Republica Moldova) announces the launch of a competitive procurement procedure and invites interested economic operators to submit bids for the supply, installation, and configuration of professional equipment required for the operation of a video podcast studio.
This procurement is organized within the framework of the “Stronger Ys” project (2025–2028), intervention no. 17432, implemented by YMCA Moldova with financial support from YWCA-YMCA of Sweden and Sida – the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency.
Subject of the procurement
The procedure concerns the acquisition of an integrated system of equipment for the production of video podcasts, interviews, and shows featuring 2–4 participants.
The main categories of equipment requested include:
• Two professional digital video cameras and compatible lenses;
• Video console for real-time camera switching and recording the broadcast into a single video file with integrated audio;
• Four professional microphones, along with audio mixing and monitoring equipment;
• Professional LED lighting system;
• Tripods, stands, a control monitor, a storage unit, and necessary accessories;
• Delivery, installation, configuration, testing, and training services.
The maximum budget available for the purchase is 100,000 MDL, including VAT and all related costs.
Conditions for participation
Economic operators that market video, audio, and multimedia production equipment, and are capable of providing a complete, compatible, and functional technical solution, are invited to participate.
The offers must include the technical specifications of the proposed equipment, the models and manufacturers, the unit and total prices, the delivery time, the warranty terms, and technical support services.
The evaluation of the bids will be based on technical compliance, equipment quality, price, component compatibility, warranty terms, and the price-quality ratio.
