The YMCA Moldova team visited the “Alecu Russo” Theoretical High School in Chisinau, where it organized an interactive session dedicated to the personal and professional development of young people. During the activity, students participated in self-knowledge exercises, educational games and practical discussions about choosing a suitable career, developing digital skills, effective communication and the necessary steps for successful integration into the labor market.

At the same time, the young people had the opportunity to participate in a professional and entrepreneurial development session, with Andrei Elistratov, general manager of ARTMARKET S.R.L. as a guest. He shared his experience in the business environment, talking about the challenges of entrepreneurship, the skills necessary for success and the expectations of employers from future specialists.

The activity provided participants with useful information about professional development and employment opportunities available in the Republic of Moldova, encouraging them to invest in their own skills and in preparing for their future careers.
